WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ON OUR SITE

We collect some information when the user, the holder of personal data, accesses our site or uses the forms on the site. This information is important to maintain an open channel of communication, with quick and accurate responses to the user.

Collection will be direct when the user utilizes the means below:

Forms: When contacting us through the site, we will collect some personal data, such as name, email, and contact telephone. When filling out the form, we may contact the user to collect additional information necessary to handle the request.

Location and navigation information: Depending on the services used on our site and the settings of your device (smartphone), we may collect your location precisely or approximately through GPS data, IP address, or WiFi.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide our services, send proposals, offers, or newsletters, and promote our partnerships. If we are unsuccessful in sending an email, your data remains stored on database servers that have protection systems (firewall) until the purpose for which they were collected is achieved.

And indirectly, data collection occurs automatically, through navigation cookies, third-party tools like Google Analytics and similar, or even third-party plugins that operate from the user's own browser.

Cookies are treated in a specific topic in our Policy and we already inform you that the user has the right to restrict access to cookies or browse anonymously, configuring their browser on their own. However, we do not rule out that this option may lead to some inconsistency in the functionality of the site or blog, resulting in unsatisfactory navigation.

Usually, plugins are attached to the site. It is not possible to identify the user holding the data, due to the characteristics of internet privacy protection. Automatic data collection occurs through an anonymous user code, access IP, type of device used for navigation, date and time of navigation, country of origin, and other general information, in order to treat them in site analysis reports.

Moreover, search engines (e.g., Google) and social networks (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or similar) may provide tools in the style of plugins, which connect to the website to generate information through cookies and display related ads. The fact that the user is impacted by ads related to the same products or services does not mean identification.

WHY THIS INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Personal data, defined according to legislation, which is processed because of direct provision by the user, the data holder, allow for agile and effective communication with us, always seeking the best service in the shortest possible time and enhancing the experience and enjoyment of the various services offered by our company.

HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED

We use the collected information for specific purposes that include providing services, agility in communication, promoting events and partnerships made by our company, and sending newsletters and email marketing to registered users, due to the consented provision of data.

We do not handle data related to crimes, criminal organizations, or terrorists. Personal data sent by minors under 18 are also not processed without the consent of the guardian. Any data that may reach our base will be immediately deleted.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

Except concerning cookies, whose specific information you find in the relevant topic, we do not share your data with third parties, except for our information storage partners (server owners) or in case of a legal/judicial obligation. Any change to this standard will always be transparent and for specific and previously passed on purposes.

However, for sending newsletters or commercial contact, previously mentioned activities, we occasionally insert collected data into shooting tools (e.g., Dinamize, SharpSpring, or others similar) that we may adopt for the same purpose.

Moreover, the hosting of the site and tools takes place in data centers outside Brazil, with global suppliers of this type of service.

 interaction on any other website or your dealings with any other third-party service provider are subject to the rules and policies of the third-party service provider or the website itself. We do not monitor, control, or endorse the information collection or privacy practices of third parties. RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS

You can always request confirmation of the treatment of your data, correction or removal/deletion of your data and personal information, report any misuse or exercise any right provided by Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law) by contacting us via email at gamasinitiative@gmail.com. The response time is up to 10 (ten) business days.

In case of legal, regulatory obligations, protection of possible future legal actions, or for the maintenance and continuation of the services offered, your personal data will not be deleted, and treatment will be maintained according to these legal bases exposed and for the purposes informed in this Privacy Policy and other complementary documents.

The user agrees that the collection, storage, use, and sharing of personal data were conducted in perfect consonance with the legal bases provided in articles 7 and 11 of Law No. 13.709/20018, having given informed, free, unequivocal, and specific consent of the data that may be subject to treatment, and that the principles of purpose, adequacy, necessity, free access, quality, transparency, security, prevention, and non-discrimination (art. 6, Law No. 13.709/20018) were observed.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We are always concerned about the security of our audience and users of our site. Our information is stored on servers of companies equally concerned with security, with redundancy and cloud storage, and equipped with high technology and information protection.

Only authorized personnel have access to the personal data processed by us, always ensuring the privacy of the data of the holders.

All available technology will never be enough to prevent 100% of attacks or unauthorized access. In the small likelihood of a data breach or violation of the privacy of the data of the holders, we will communicate in a reasonable time which data were affected and all measures taken by us to repair possible damages.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our site uses cookies (*) from PHP to those provided by Google Analytics to track interactions with the visitor, being able to store information such as the time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been on the site before, or if there was any indication for access to our site.

*Cookie: a file placed on your computer to track movements within the site, such as visits to pages and advertisements. Cookies do not store personal information unless you have provided it and do not collect information recorded on your computer.

Browsers do not share their cookies between domains.

We also use the Google Analytics tool to assess the audience of our site and continually improve the content offering for our users and audience. This tool has its own General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, accessible by clicking the link above.

In addition, we use PHP cookies by default, created as a unique user session identifier, used to identify if a user returns to our site and/or by what means they were directed to our site.

We do not rule out the creation of cookies indirectly due to third-party services provided through our site, for the automatic collection of general navigation information, to improve and add more value to the user's experience on our site.
